In 1992, Wendel Carpenter decided to open a small Orlando sign shop. Retired, and happy with his life's previous accomplishments, Wendel didn't enter the sign industry to make money. Instead, he was more interested in customer service than making money, and his only goal was complete satisfaction. His philosophy was to never "sell" a product to a customer, but fill the needs the customer already has.

15 years later, the small Orlando sign shop has grown, but Wendel hasn't changed. He still takes pride in the relationships he's formed through the company, and he still treats every customer as if they were a "long-lost friend," as he puts it. That's why at E&W Signs, our only profit is customer satisfaction, and you'll get a great sign that's much less expensive than one from a big-name sign company.
